Hotel arrangements for the ASTDN 2012 Conference have been made at the:

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved for May 6-8, 2012.

GUEST ROOM RATES

Booking a reservation is simple and easy.

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations are permitted until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival without penalty.

Ground Transportation from Airport

The conference hotel does not have a shuttle available to and from the airport. You may go online for the SuperShuttle or call 1-800-BLUE VAN (258-3826) and purchase tickets and make reservations ahead of time. The cost round trip is $40.

 

Commons Learning Center at J.J. Pickle Campus...

The conference will be held at the Commons Learning Center at the University of Texas. Meeting rooms as well as the atrium have been reserved for attendees.

The meetings will be held in the following rooms:

May 7, 2012 – Balcones Room
Leadership Dinner – Atrium

May 8, 2012 – CE Day - Li'l Tex Auditorium

May 9, 2012 – Balcones Room

Ground Transportation to Learning Center

The Farfield Inn & Suites by Marriot Austin Northwest is offering complimentary ground transportation to/from the Commons Learning Center at the JJ Pickle Campus. The shuttle service will be provided through two (2) fourteen passenger shuttle vans.

Shuttles will leave the hotel starting at 7:00 am and will run every 30 minutes during peak times in the morning and afternoon during the conference.
 
Shuttles will also be provided for the Leadership Dinner and will leave the hotel beginning at 6:15 pm for the Commons Learning Center.
