have been adopted by the QUAD Council
as of February 2003, with a special note
of thanks to Joy Reed for their leadership
on guiding and assuring this process.
Draft of PHN competencies was
presented by Jot at APHA November
2002, allowing for an important opportunity
for PHN to have input on these competencies.
